Canceling an Order
Cancellation is allowed if your order hasn’t shipped or been produced yet.
We will issue a full refund upon successful cancellation.
If your item has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns Accepted
You may return any eligible item within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, returned in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Customers are charged shipping only once, and no restocking fee applies.

We will email you once we’ve received and evaluated your return.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
